1. I have never heard of Sunny Computer Technology Canada Inc. before? How do I know your products are any good?

Sunny Group (Sunny Computer Technology Canada Inc.) has been involved in the Power Supply business for over 2 decades. You may not have heard of us, but you probably have been exposed to our products through our customers. Some whose names you may recognize are Toshiba, Logitech, Sharp, Samsung, Siemens and Hitachi etc.

2. What does "True Factory Direct" mean?

There are many companies out there that advertise as being Factory Direct, but are actually just distributors. Distributors buy product and then mark it up to make a profit. Sunny Computer Technology Canada Inc. is an actual distribution point for the factory in China. What this means is that there is no mark up here at all. Pricing is the same as if you went to the factory in person.

3. If there is no mark up in the US, how do you make any money?

This is probably one of the most asked questions, and the answer is very simple. The US location was set up as a distribution point so instead of needing a mark up for profits, the factory just makes a little less money for the opportunity to be operating in the US direct.

4. How do I know this is actually true about being actual factory direct pricing?

5. What companies are the main competition?

Sunny Computer Technology Canada Inc. are well known for their high quality control standards, so we stand above the rest. As far as pricing goes, you will not get better pricing for Switching Power Supplies then direct from the manufacturer. There is no real competition.

6. Are we able to have custom products made?

Of course. Sunny Computer Technology Canada Inc. is a leading OEM. Just provide specs for Engineering to evaluate.

8. How long does it take to receive a sample?

All samples are hand made in the Engineering Department and usually take about 7 days.

9. What is the standard lead time for an order?

Standard lead time is usually 30 days, but we will always let you know how long your order will be.

10. How long does it take for shipping from China to the US?

Shipping times can sometimes vary due to US Customs and China Customs, but if everything runs smoothly, it is about 12 days shipping time from Hong Kong to LA via SEA….and 30 days shipping time to NY via SEA.

13. Is there a faster shipping method?

Yes, we can also ship via UPS, FedEX, DHL etc….Those would be AIR shipments and take about 4~5 days.

14. Are there volume discounts?

Of course. One benefit of dealing with a factory direct is that your pricing is based on quantity. The factory manufactures your order per your requests. The higher the quantity, the lower the cost.

15. Am I able to get samples?

Yes, samples can be provided. We will also provide the spec sheets and testing reports on request.

16. Does Sunny Computer Technology Canada Inc. manufacture other products or services?

Yes, aside from being a world leader in the manufacture of Switching Power Supplies, we also offer high volume PCB Assembly work, DC Adapters, CPU Coolers and Transformers. If you are interested in other products, it doesn't hurt to ask.

17. What types of products does Sunny Computer Technology Canada Inc.have experience in providing power supplies for?

Sunny Computer Power Supplies have been used in P.O.S., High Speed Internet applications, LCD Monitors, Laptops, Medical Applications, Consumer Electronics etc…
